The museum consists of a shell of stained shotcrete around a steel floor structure. The second floor transfers the lower floor up and the roof down to the three solitary internal concrete supports, which allows the parking structure below ground to be arranged smoothly. The exterior stained shotcrete walls provide all the lateral resistance for the building.
